We sell exclusively to consumers as defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods are stored in the UK and dispatched domestically.

Scope, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms apply to every contract concluded via www.quadroshop.co.uk.
English law governs this contract. The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Ordering & Contract Formation

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
Your order constitutes an offer; a contract forms only when we send a dispatch-confirmation email or ship the goods.
“Order-received” emails are acknowledgements only.
We may decline any order before acceptance.

Prices, Payment, Pricing Errors & Title

All prices are in GBP inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay. Full payment is taken on order acceptance.
Title passes only after full payment.
If a manifest and obvious pricing error occurs, we will cancel (or reconfirm) your order within 72 hours of discovery and refund any payment in full.

Delivery, Split Shipments & Risk

Delivery to UK addresses only; indicative lead times appear on each product page.
We may ship in more than one parcel; your card is charged in full upfront, even for split deliveries.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Failure to deliver within 30 days of contract formation entitles you to cancel for a full refund.

Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)

You may cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last parcel of a split delivery) without giving a reason.

How to cancel – email us a clear statement or use the form in Appendix 1.

How to return the goods
Please contact us first. Within the return period we will e-mail you a prepaid return label. Once authorised, send the parcel to:

Keep the tracking number; we cannot accept parcels sent without postage. When your return arrives, we inspect it for completeness and damage. After a successful check we refund the corresponding amount immediately.

Refunds – we reimburse all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your cancellation, but may withhold until we have the goods or proof of return. You must return goods within 14 days and bear the direct return costs unless we agree otherwise.

Commercial Goodwill Returns Policy (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory rights we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in resalable condition.
The same prepaid-label procedure and return address as in Section 6 apply. After inspection we refund to your original payment method or issue store credit at our discretion. This goodwill policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Goods – Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have:

30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.
Right to free repair or replacement thereafter.
If repair/replacement fail or are disproportionate, you may claim a price reduction or reject the goods for a refund.
For six months, faults are presumed present at delivery unless we prove otherwise.
You can enforce these rights up to six years after delivery (five years in Scotland).

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any purchase shall not exceed 150 % of the price you paid for the goods.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where exclusion is lawful.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Accredited ADR bodies exist under UK law. We are not obliged to participate in a specific scheme and currently do not do so. The EU ODR platform is no longer available to UK traders.

Privacy & Cookies

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Our consent-management platform lets you control non-essential cookies.

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Promotions, Reference Pricing, Vouchers & Gift Cards

Where a “was/now” or reference price is shown, the higher price was our genuine selling price for at least 30 consecutive days in the previous six months, unless stated otherwise.
Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Gift cards expire 24 months after purchase unless local law states otherwise.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, epidemics, extreme weather, transport disruption).

Variation & Severability

We may amend these terms for future orders. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder will stay in force.

Precedence of Language

These Terms & Conditions are provided only in English, which prevails over any translated summary.
