Delivery charges

All UK-mainland orders ship free of charge, except for slides.

Due to their oversized dimensions, slides are subject to a delivery charge of £19.99.

Order processing & dispatch

  • Mon–Fri before 12:00 noon: leaves our warehouse the same day.
  • After 12:00, weekends or UK public holidays: ships on the next working day.

Fulfilment partner: OnPoint Fulfilment (Walkerpack Ltd.), Northampton.

Delivery speed

Standard (free) service: 2–3 working days after dispatch, via DPD 48 h or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Remote postcodes may take an extra day.

Tracking & notifications

  • You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
  • The carrier updates you with delivery windows and status messages.
  • Missing tracking email? Check your spam folder, then write to info@quadroshop.co.uk.

If you’re not home

  • First attempt failed: courier leaves a card/SMS; rearrange online or collect from depot.
  • Safe place authorised: parcel is left as instructed; responsibility passes to you.
  • Second failed attempt: held at depot for about five days; arrange new delivery or collection.

Signature is required by default. Authorise a safe place in advance if preferred.

Packaging & box sizes

We use robust QUADRO cartons (Types 1–8). Heaviest boxes travel via DHL Express for extra care. All parcels are fully insured in transit.

Stock & split shipments

Everything shown online is in stock. We do not accept pre-orders or back-orders. Large orders may ship in multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number.

Lost, late or damaged deliveries

  1. Check the tracking link first – delays (e.g. weather) will appear there.
  2. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, email us within 3 calendar days.
  3. For visible damage, sign “damaged”, take photos and email us within 48 hours.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
